Taste
Crisp radish flavor, light pepper and mustard. Mild acidity and bitterness. The whole plant is edible, both stem and leaf.
Appearance
Light pink stem and red-purple leaves.
Origin
Originally from China, later spreading up through Europe.
Culinary use
Fish, shellfish, salads, tacos and as a vibrant garnish.
How we grow it
Grown hydroponically in closed climate chambers — without soil and without pesticides. In stacked layers from floor to ceiling at our farm in Ringsted.

Keep refrigerated at 2–5 °C. Delivered living, so it stays fresh significantly longer than cut greens. Rinse only just before serving.
