This policy explains how Grow Up Farm ApS processes personal data when you use growupfarm.dk. The data controller is Grow Up Farm ApS, Mellem Broerne 12 C, 4100 Ringsted, CVR 40187693, info@growupfarm.dk.

What we collect

We only collect what you provide yourself:

• Contact and quote forms: name, company, email, phone, business type, product interest, estimated volume and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical: your language choice and cookie consent are stored locally in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver agreed services. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or steps prior to it), (f) (our legitimate interest in running and improving the business) and (a) (your consent, for the newsletter and non-essential cookies).

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation and any customer relationship require, and deleted no later than 3 years after last contact unless accounting law requires longer. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Sharing and processors

We never sell your data. We use processors for hosting and email who act on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Data is stored within the EU/EEA.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Where you have given consent you may withdraw it at any time. Write to info@growupfarm.dk. Security

The site uses TLS encryption, access to the CMS and inbox is limited to trusted staff, and we review our safeguards regularly.
