Taste
Crisp taste of raw broccoli. Mild acidity and a touch of salt. The whole plant is edible, both stem and leaf.

How we grow it
Grown hydroponically in closed climate chambers — without soil and without pesticides. In stacked layers from floor to ceiling at our farm in Ringsted.

Keep refrigerated at 2–5 °C. Delivered living, so it stays fresh significantly longer than cut greens. Rinse only just before serving.
