Taste
Sunflower seeds, light and crisp nutty flavor, mild bitterness and sweetness. The whole plant is edible, both stem and leaf.

Originates from North America, Mexico and Peru, later Europe.

How we grow it
Grown hydroponically in closed climate chambers — without soil and without pesticides. In stacked layers from floor to ceiling at our farm in Ringsted.

Keep refrigerated at 2–5 °C. Delivered living, so it stays fresh significantly longer than cut greens. Rinse only just before serving.
