Taste

Mixed colours and shapes — green, purple and red shoots in one box. The composition varies from week to week.
Origin
Developed at Grow Up Farm to reduce food waste. Instead of discarding surplus harvest, we gather it in one box so it reaches the kitchen.

Ideal for kitchens that want variety: buffets, salad bars, plating and everyday service.
How we grow it
Grown hydroponically in closed climate chambers — without soil and without pesticides. In stacked layers from floor to ceiling at our farm in Ringsted.

Keep refrigerated at 2–5 °C. Delivered living, so it stays fresh significantly longer than cut greens. Rinse only just before serving.
